Eligibility Criteria

• Members must be 18 years or older to qualify.
• A clean driving record with no alcohol or drug-related violations in the last seven years is essential.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required at the time of car delivery or via the app.
• This deposit is in addition to the booking amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the vehicle is returned to its original pick-up location.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation over 24 hours before the start: 25% of the booking amount is charged.
• Cancellation between 24 and 6 hours before the start: 40% of the booking amount is charged.
• Cancellation within 6 hours of the start time: No refund.
• Once the booking begins: Refunds are not available.

Rescheduling Policy

Bookings are non-reschedulable once confirmed.

Extension Policy

• Extending your booking comes with an additional fee of Rs. 500.
• The extended duration will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate under your chosen pricing plan.

Shortening Policy

No additional charges or refunds apply for reducing the booking duration.

Pricing Plan Adjustments

Pricing plans cannot be modified after the booking is finalized.
