Terms and Condition
- Customers are liable to pay for parking, toll, and interstate tax. Extra hours or kilometers will cost extra if usage exceeds the quoted time or mileage.
- Pets, goods, and anything that could damage the inside of the car or upholstery is not allowed inside. Any damages will be payable at the rates of actual repairs or cleaning done.
- Outstation rentals do not offer one-way services, kilometers will be billed from the place of origin only.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation More than 24 hours before Rental Start Time-Free.
- No cancellation charges would be applied to cancellations between 4 to 24 hours from the rental start time.
- A 100 percent cancellation charge will be levied for cancellations within 0 to 4 hours of the rental start time.
Airport & Railway Station Transfers
- Airport/railway station pickups are allowed to wait for a maximum of 45 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds that, it will be considered as a no-show, and charges applicable will be applied.
- Non-airport pickups are allowed to wait for a maximum of 30 minutes before it is considered a no-show. Fixed transfers include parking and toll charges. 6. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days in line with our cancellation and refund policy.
