We at AlxTrip are committed to being truthful and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services. In accordance with the guidelines outlined in this Refund Policy, you have the option to cancel use of our services and tour packages or to receive a refund. For your convenience and peace of mind, we will make every effort to ensure that all of our policies are clear and understandable.

Order Cancellation Rights

Customers can cancel an order within 7 days without giving an explanation. You have 7 days to cancel your order after it is delivered or when someone other than the carrier takes control of the item on your account.

Within 5 business days, you'll get your refund, which will be applied to the same method of payment you used the first time.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items are unused and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or perishable goods.
  • Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
  • Items are mixed inseparably with others after delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Tour Package Refund Policy

Cancellations for tour bookings are subject to the following charges:

Important: Any complaints must be made only during the duration of the journey.

If circumstances beyond your control, like natural disasters or government restrictions, prevent tour services:

  • 1. We will try to find another date if the tour hasn't already begun. If not, you will get a return for charges that you didn't have to pay.
  • 2. If the tour has already started, you will get a refund based on the time you haven't used.

Our maximum responsibility will never exceed the amount of the tour cost that we charge. Costs from third parties, like hotels, flights, and cabs, will be repaid based on their own rules.

The expense and risk of returning the products are yours. To return, send to:
